Your privacy matters

Intelligence Analysis ("the App", "we", "us") is an AI-powered vehicle and surveillance threat-analysis service operated by the publisher of whoisfollowingme.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile app and web platform.

Account information: your email address and, optionally, your name. We store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself.

Content you submit: surveillance video and photo files you choose to upload or record for analysis, including any audio captured as part of those recordings, plus optional route context you add (such as start and end locations, notes, and threat confidence).

Investigation and case data: information you create within the App, such as saved vehicles, license plates, persons of interest, and case notes.

Support requests: if you contact us, we keep the messages you send and your contact details so we can respond.

Location: when you grant permission, the App uses your device location only to auto-fill the route-context form at the time you create an analysis. We do not track your location in the background.

Account identifiers: we assign a user ID to your account so your data stays associated with you.

Operational logs: our servers keep basic technical logs (such as request timestamps and IP address) needed to operate the service securely. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

To provide the core service: process the footage you submit, generate AI intelligence reports, and let you manage analyses, threats, and investigations.

To manage your account: authentication, subscription status, and customer support.

To keep the service secure: detect abuse, debug problems, and maintain reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you submit a video or photo for analysis, individual frames are sent to our AI processing provider (OpenAI) solely to detect vehicles, read license plates, and generate your threat report. This processing happens only to deliver the feature you requested. We do not use your footage to train advertising models.

The App surfaces information from public government and law-enforcement sources — for example FBI Wanted listings, AMBER Alerts, NCMEC missing-person data, and National Weather Service / IPAWS emergency alerts. This is public information we display to you; it is not personal data we collect about you.

If you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by the applicable app-store or payment processor. We store your plan and subscription status, but we do not store your full payment-card numbers.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (such as cloud hosting, storage, and the AI processing provider described above), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We keep your account data and submitted content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual analyses at any time within the App. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below and we will process your request.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Intelligence Analysis is intended for legitimate security and property-protection use. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording, surveillance, and the handling of any footage or personal information you submit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
