How do I analyze a video?
On the mobile app, open the Capture tab and choose "Record Now" to film footage or "Choose File" to pick an existing video. Add optional route context to improve accuracy, then submit for analysis. On the web app, use the Upload page. You'll receive a full intelligence report when processing completes.
What is Quick Scan?
Quick Scan lets you point your camera at a license plate and instantly check it against your threat registry — right on your device, even when offline. Find it on the Threats tab in the mobile app.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Create a free account from the Login screen using your email and a password. New accounts start on the Starter plan, which includes core analysis features.
Is my footage private?
You control which footage is analyzed and stored. Intelligence Analysis is intended for legitimate security and property-protection use, and you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding recording and surveillance.
How do I reset my password?
On the Login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the emailed instructions to set a new password.
Which devices are supported?
The mobile app runs on recent iPhones and iPads. The web platform works in any modern browser. Quick Scan's on-device plate detection requires a device with a camera.
